We're Here to Listen
Rost & Associates embraces diversity and believes in the value of inclusion. We firmly and
unequivocally oppose oppression and inequality of race, gender/sexual identity, religious/spiritual
beliefs, and medical/mental disabilities. As social scientists, we know that good intentions are not good
enough. We all need to do more individually and collectively to end discrimination and injustice. We
understand that systemic prejudices are interwoven within our culture’s fabric and we need to
strategize on how to create long-term change by listening more closely, observing more carefully, and
giving voice..….clear, unqualified voice……to our core value that ALL will be treated with dignity and
respect. We believe in the value of diversity and Rost & Associates strives to elevate the message of
inclusion and compassion by leading thought, conversation, and interpersonal interaction that ensures
dignity and respect for all. Together we can take individual and collective action, show respect and
understanding, while still acknowledging that there is learning and work to be done.
Repairing our personal and professional lives and maintaining healthy relationships with others can be a challenge in today's world. How we feel about ourselves can often affect our lives and interactions with others.
Our associates understand this, so at Rost & Associates we have established a secure and confidential environment in which therapists and clients work together. Ours is a uniquely safe relationship, specifically designed to aid our clients in their search for solutions to their problems.
Therapy at Rost & Associates is designed to be helpful, whether you are having difficulties in marital, family, professional or social relationships. Using both evidence-based standards and treatments that are individually tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients. Professional training and experience and a commitment to our clients and their well-being is our mission.
Our therapists see clients by appointment only. We do request our clients to provide certain background information prior to their initial interview. For the first appointment, the following forms may be downloaded and completed before the first appointment. These forms are also available in our offices.
All clients are responsible for payment of fees at the time of service. In many cases, clients are eligible for insurance reimbursement. Rost and Associates is a participating member of several Employee Assistance programs. Check with your benefit provider. A complete fee schedule is available upon request.
At Rost & Associates, we accept client’s from a wide range of referral sources including physicians, churches, schools, social and community agencies as well as friends and family members. We also refer our clients to a broad range of professionals and agencies who, in our opinion, offer the most expert help available. We have found that combining the skills and experience of professionals from varying disciplines can provide unique and enriching support for the therapy process and one’s well-being.
